Plain English, like everything else here.

The short version

We collect what you send us through our contact form or email, we use it to reply and to do the work you hire us for, and we don't sell it or use it for advertising. That's the whole story. The rest of this page is the same story with more detail.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or book a consult, we receive what you type: your name, email address, business name if you share it, and your answers about your business. When you email us, we have that email. That's it. We don't collect anything you don't knowingly hand us.

What we use it for

Replying to you, preparing for calls you book, and doing the work you hire us for. If you become a client, we keep project-related information for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone for their marketing. We don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for. If we ever start a newsletter, it will be opt-in, and this page will say so.

Cookies and tracking

As of the date above, this site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. If we add basic analytics later to understand which pages help people, we'll update this page first.

Who else touches the data

The companies that host this website and deliver our email process messages on our behalf, the same way a mail carrier handles a letter. They don't get to use your information for anything else.

Your choices

Want to know what we have about you, or want it deleted? Email hello@handmade-digital.com and we'll take care of it. No forms, no waiting period beyond how fast we can type.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Meaningful changes get a plain-English note here, not buried legalese.
