Part of the AskApple team behind Apple’s support chat, the interface customers use to talk with a real person, reach a retail specialist, or book a repair. Day to day that meant frontend work on the chat itself, plus internal tools built with Vue.js, MongoDB, and REST APIs that saved other engineers hours of testing and busywork.
